At Anahita Swimwear, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.
Return Policy
We accept returns for change of mind, size exchanges, and style exchanges in exchange for a store credit. For sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds on swimwear. Refunds are only provided if an item arrives faulty or damaged.
- Sale Items: All items marked in our SALE section are final sale and cannot be returned
- Return Timeframe: You have 30 days from your order date to lodge a return request.
- Return Condition Requirements: All items must be returned in their original condition:
If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once you’ve lodged your return in our portal, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to complete your return, including a link to pay for your return label. You can then print and attach the label to your parcel and return it by:
- Dropping it at your local post office
- Using a local post box
- Leaving it with a mail carrier
Please allow up to 3 business days after your return is received at our warehouse for store credit to be issued. Anahita Swimwear is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return process.
Returns During Sales and Promotions
If you purchase an item during a storewide sale or promotion, you’ll receive a store credit for the amount paid at the time of purchase. Replacement items will need to be repurchased at the current listed price.
Discount Code Returns
If you place your first order using our welcome discount code and wish to return it for a store credit, we will honor the discount for your next purchase. Contact our customer service team, and we’ll issue a new welcome code to use with your store credit.
